I had severe hail damage a bit over a year ago and my claim was handled quickly and no drama that most of my neighbors had with other insurance companies. We just took a two week car trip out to Oregon and back from O'Fallon, Mo. On our way out we had windshield damage. Julie took care of getting us an appointment of our choosing during our brief time in Oregon. I put it on my Amex card just last Saturday.
